LaVeta Cameron has always had a love of acting and performing. She studied acting at Temple University where she received her B.A. in Theater and most recently graduated from Eastern University with an M.B.A. in Management. Under the instruction of Tobi Gadison at The Actors District, LaVeta has further sharpened her acting abilities. She also has a strong sense of organization, detail orientation and work ethic when she is on set, making her a valuable member to have on your team whether in front of the camera/on the stage or behind the scenes in the positions of actor, stage manager, production manager/assistant.
Ms. Cameron is a triple threat Actress, Martial Artist, and Drummer. LaVeta has performed in many stage plays and done some work in front of the camera as well. Her favorite stage plays include My Best Friend’s Man (The Stagecrafters Theater), Tears from a Broken Mind (U Arts Bank Theater), and Roads that Lead to the Cross (The Suzanne Roberts Theatre). LaVeta’s most recent film projects are Red Light (LaVeta Cameron / Lady Ninja Storm Productions), Kodak (Maurice Paramore / Dream Boy Vision Productions), A Cold Kill (Eboni Zamani / Pearls Girl Productions), and The Deepest Cut (Jordon Campbell /Addyville Productions / Samali Art).
When she is not auditioning, on the stage, in front of the camera, behind the drum set, in the dojo, or at rehearsal, LaVeta can be found with her two loves, her children Xniqko and Jaiydalin, and hanging out with her family and friends—her biggest supporters! Her ultimate goal is to be a successful entrepreneur with her new businesses, SASSinize ~ Simply Administrative Strategic Solutions (www.SASSinize.com / Organize@SASSinize.com) and Storms of Defense (Storm@StormsOfDefense.com ), and making a name for herself on both the big and little screens. Her creative side is fulfilled with entertaining while her nerdy side is fulfilled by being The SASSinator. With her faith and trust in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, LaVeta Cameron believes that with whatever she does, she is an unstoppable Lady Ninja Storm.
